Terms & Conditions — RaeCreates
By placing an order with RaeCreates, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Custom Orders
All products are handmade and customized based on customer-provided information. Please ensure all details (size, name, age, theme, colors, and event date) are correct before ordering. Once production begins, no changes can be made.
Processing Time
Standard processing time is 7–21 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Because items are custom made:
- No refunds
- No returns
- No cancellations
- No exchanges
All sales are final.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
RaeCreates is not responsible for:
- Delayed shipments
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Packages marked as “delivered”
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses require new shipping payment.
Design Proofs (If Applicable)
Some items may include digital proofs. Proofs must be approved within 24–48 hours. Delayed approval may delay your order.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If we made an error (wrong size sent, incorrect name/theme), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We do not replace items due to ordering the wrong size, event date changes, or slight handmade variations.
Payments
Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after receiving a custom item is considered fraudulent.
All evidence (tracking, messages, photos, receipts) will be submitted for dispute.
Customers who file fraudulent claims will be blocked from future purchases.
